Top notch quality, a few things to note.1. Buy the companion junction box that this pairs with, you can get it on Amazon and in the same color.2. As you strong the wire through the pipe, take the entire pipe assembly apart and string them through one by one, it will make it easy and prevents the wires from getting nicked.Other thoughts: I'm impressed that they're using solid copper wire on the fixture and they didn't cheap out by using stranded wire. Small things. It's a quality build, American "born", guessing mfg is outsourced for some of the items. You can probably smack it with a door and not have to replace it. It doesn't look like if you sneeze on it that it will rip off the wall.Don't use a flood lamp bulb on these, it looks kinda silly and hangs beyond the fixture. I suspect if the bell was deeper you could.Very well made great paint finish. Looks like they are going to stand up to the beach weather very wellThe fixture is very sturdy steel. It is not the flimsy metal you get with inexpensive lighting fixtures. This is made like things were made in the USA back in the day. While I have not installed them yet, the only complaint I have is that for $139 the wire should already be strung through the straight pipe. Pulling electrical wire through a 90 degree steel pipe is not the easiest thing to do and tends to damage the insulation of the wire. It only took afew minutes to complete…but when you pay top dollar for an item, you expect to have the hard stuff completed. Other than that, I love the fixtures. I will update after I install them.Overpriced for the quality you get. These lights are so solid and well built, they truly are like the old farmhouse lights that have persisted for a century. They are hefty and mount on a solid round mounting plate. It may be difficult to find the 4" electrical box with four screw holes so plan ahead and buy one online. Big box hardware stores won't carry them, only electrical specialty stores. We were so impressed with the quality of these lights and they are very well priced for what you get which is a beautifully designed, perfectly manufactured product. We actually took down a brand new chintzy farmhouse light we had bought for our porch and replaced it with the smaller farmhouse light because the cheaper one created too much glare. These lights are night-sky friendly yet still provide enough light for lighting up our driveway. Kudos to this company for making such a great product after being in business for 20 years!Just a FYI here. I am having these lights installed as part of a steel shop building project. The sub-contractor electrician looked at them and was immediately impressed with the quality asking me where I got them. I told him that I was looking for USA made lighting that was also night-sky friendly. I cannot wait to see them installed.Incredibly well made. Worth the cost for top qualityThe light is well made and looks very nice. I dinged it down to 4 stars as the extension arm (I got the 11 inch) is not powder coated like the shade. It is painted black with a thin, easily dinged black paint. I actually repainted it before installation as I had chipped it during assembly. That part is all under the soffit of my house so no problem, but the sellers could easily enhance the value of their product by powder coating the arms.
